The objective

Establish a communication model focused on interaction with both current and potential guests through the creative conceptualization of their values.

It seeks to establish its own communication code that pivots on a universal value and that combines with the maximum harmony of the textual and visual planes, thus creating a coherent, consistent and differentiated communication framework.

The process

It starts from generating a unique creative concept that serves as a framework for the entire line of communication: magic. With it, a series of visual and textual elements are displayed that lead to the creation of specific and unique filters for the chain that serves as a communication link. Finally, a social communication strategy is established based on combining the hotel's commercial and interest information with the transmission and communication of the brand's values.
