Cristóbal Guerrero Granados began his professional career in 1978 founding RUGUE, his first company, whose main activity was the execution of foundations, the construction of concrete structures and masonry in general, but covering a wide range of projects, from a small reform or rehabilitation to the construction of single-family homes or apartment blocks. With the passage of time, RUGUE would be run by their children, at which point the company began its immersion in the field of promoting luxury homes and villas. After more than 35 years dedicated to the construction of high-level buildings, RUGUE has a workforce of 160 employees, with plenty of capacity to cover any large project throughout the regional territory, highlighting the Costa del Sol, Cádiz and Ronda.

The objective

The values, objectives and brand positioning had to be transmitted through a corporate catalog or commercial dossier in order to serve as a representative document of the brand in commercial functions.

Likewise, these objectives had to be transferred to a poster that could be installed in the brand's works and transmit the same sanction to those who are exposed to the works.

Looking for a creative process that represents cleanliness, elegance and simplicity that reflect not only the logo but the essence of the way of doing of the construction company.

The process

From the first moment, the catalog was prepared with a square format. A format that provides visual dynamism and also serves to reinforce the basic composition of the brand's logo.
The colors, the fonts and the arrangement of the elements were captured in such a way as to reflect, at all times, the value of simplicity and modernity.

Elements that were re-highlighted for the design and approach of the poster in which different photos of the brand's portfolio were used to generate a shape similar to the logo and that evokes that all the works, and customer satisfaction are the elements that build the Rugue brand.

Editorial design of the Business Dossier. The values of simplicity, cleanliness and elegance come together in a solid and minimalist structure providing rigor and clarity.

The same visual style is reflected in alternative communication materials such as the Construction Fence in constructions made by the Rugue brand.
