The objective

Transmit the values of the Gran Meliá brand through their social profiles, generating visual communication based on values such as luxury, art, gastronomy or fashion, among others.

Social media management that helps reinforce the current client while communicating the value of the hotel for future guests as well as opening a market for potential guests. The management of the partner's Social Media must serve to communicate the values and visual codes of the Gran Meliá brand but must, at the same time, accentuate and highlight the particularities of GM Don Pepe, as well as of its unique destination, Marbella.

The process

Following the standards and standardization of brand communication, social media actions are established aimed at achieving greater engagement, relationship with the brand and web traffic. To do this, an activation of communication is sought through images and the creative writing of the copies, generating a combination of stories that reflect the values of the brand, as well as the resource images that aim to highlight the hotel rooms and environments, a series of specific actions are generated that seek to present, through concrete models, the different experiences that can be found in the hotel, attending to the needs or motivations of each traveler.

With the intention of showing the different experiences of the hotel for each traveler, different photographic sessions are held with the same common thread: The most exclusive experience.

Image treatment.

With the aim of establishing a standardized and recognizable image, custom filters are generated in each image. In this way, a unique and recognizable visual environment is generated that accentuates the aesthetics of the images and transforms them into a visual story.
