The Equal = Mind forums are forums promoted by the Equality area of the Diputación de Málaga with the aim of bringing testimonies of professional women and businesswomen of marked professional success to women from all the municipalities of the province. Business forums with which it is intended to connect attendees with stories of business success in order to learn from their testimonies, beginnings and challenges.

The objective
Organize business breakfasts in which there is a reference speaker for the topic that is going to be debated in order to serve as inspiration and learn about the challenges assumed throughout their careers.

The process
To bring dynamism to the event, a dynamic and innovative format is chosen in which the speaker is interviewed live in which he explains anecdotes, obstacles and problems throughout his career and the way in which they were solved. At the end, a question time is opened in which attendees can speak with the speaker.
