The equality area of the Malaga Provincial Council annually promotes Activities on the occasion of Malaga Rural Women's Day, in a program of activities that aim to support and make the business sector visible in areas of the region with populations less than 20 thousand inhabitants.

The objective

Design the event poster to promote all the actions of the program, focusing on rural women, and specifically, in the tourism and agriculture sector. A poster as an agenda that serves both to communicate the initiative and to provide as much information as possible.

The process

It starts from a conceptual approach in which the visual space must prevail to introduce the program or agenda of activities of the initiative, and must advocate for maximum simplicity in its development.

Although it is true that from the advertising approach the visual field must predominate, a formula must be found to show as much information as possible.

Creative conceptualization

Since with the theme of the campaign it is easy to fall into visual stereotypes, opting for a visual conceptualization as an icon, predominating a schematic and iconic design that defines, equally, the sector of women (main image), the activity tourism (the hotel sector represented by the building) and agriculture (represented by the land and the shovel).
